Paul Cook formed 3D Projects after 30 years of helping people to transform their businesses. He realised that while the problems and solutions have evolved over that time, the basics of delivering better change remain the same. 3D projects uses these basic principles in their simple transformation delivery approach.
He has used his approach with Financial Services (Lloyds, NatWest, Aldermore, Hitachi Capital), high street Retailers (Argos, Burberry, Co-Op, Costa Coffee, Dixons and Sainsburys) and others such as Linklaters, Scottish Courage and Whitbread.
Paul believes that with some ‘light-touch’ help and support, anyone can benefit from his experience and learn to transform their business. He believes that that best change is delivered by your team but they need coaching and support to do this. This is the purpose of 3D Projects.
